When you contact the Foundation, volunteer, submit a partnership enquiry or use an administrative feature, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate legitimate Foundation activities, manage project communications and protect the security of the website. We do not publish private contact information without a lawful and appropriate reason.
Project media
Photographs and videos used on the website should be published responsibly and with appropriate rights or consent. Sensitive beneficiary information should not be exposed unnecessarily.
Data retention and security
Administrative access should use strong credentials. Hosting, email and website systems should be kept updated and protected. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
